If you have already accessed or used the content, refunds are not available.
- Faulty or Unavailable Services: If the service provided is faulty, does not function as described, or is not delivered within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
- Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the service and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Exclusions from Refund
